Food & Beverage Entrepreneur Challenge - Third Edition
The fine food and beverage industry oriented to the top standing consumers is one of the most innovative in the world in terms of ability to offer superior products and services. The Food & Beverage companies that reach levels of excellence are those that, leveraging the superiority of their products and services, have demonstrated the ability to develop innovative competitive formulas and sophisticated management techniques.
If you are interested in this field and want to learn more about this industry, you have the unique opportunity to participate to the 2-days intensive course "Food and Beverage industry: learning from leaders" organized by SDA Bocconi on 19-20 July, 2012. During the course you will interact with SDA Bocconi senior faculty members of Master of Management in Food and Beverage and top-standing guest speakers. Moreover you will visit one of the leading Italian companies in fine food and beverage industry.
The 2-days intensive course is for the top 15 winners of the business game "Food & Beverage Entrepreneur Challenge" available online from May 4 - June 1, 2012.
The business game will consist in launching and promoting activities of a F&B product and it is based on a real business situation. The aim is to test the ability to analyse company’s internal and external situation. Participants will be asked to make decisions on the basis of their analytical, managerial and entrepreneurial skills.

Fee: 450 euros + VAT.
Once the selection is passed the subscription and payment has to be made within 14 days following the notification e-mail. The course will start with the minimum of 15 participants.
